Swim: .93mi / 1,500m Interactive Map Printable PDF

Olympic athletes will swim slightly left from the boat ramp, keeping the first buoy on their left.  Continue to the 2nd green buoy before a right turn on this clockwise, rectangular course in the wakeless section of Scofield Reservoir.  Just one lap this year, keeping all buoys on your right.  Finish your swim, then up the ramp and into the bottom of transition to get ready for the bike.

Bike: 24.8mi / 40k Interactive Map Printable PDF

An overall gentle uphill on the way out, (which means down on the way back), with its only real climb right out of transition.  Athletes will take off from the top of transition, then leave the state park by making a right hand turn onto UT96, heading for the dam and the town of Scofield.  About 3 miles past Scofield, Olympic athletes will make a left hand turn to remain on UT96, then just 3 more miles to the turnaround as you approach the town of Clear Creek.  There will be 1 aid station on this course between miles 18 & 19.

Run: 6.2mi / 10k Interactive Map Printable PDF

Exiting the bottom of transition, athletes will run about 1/10th of a mile inside the park to a footpath opening that leads them out to UT96.  Following the same course as the cyclists, so paved, flat & fast, runners will have a view of the lake every step of the way.  Spectators can see most of the run, so give it your all both out & back, then finish strong at the park entrance booth.  Aid stations will be at or near each mile marker, so there will be 5 opportunities to fuel up.
