Dear Park City Athletes,
As disappointing as we know this news will be for many members of the BBSC family, in response to the demand for excellence in 2012, we have had to make the very difficult decision to remove our Park City Triathlon from this year’s calendar.
The sheer volume of traffic in and around this very popular area would hinder our ability to protect athletes on the bike course as this event grows. Although we’ll miss this one… safety is, and will continue to be our first priority.
Instead, BBSC will be refocusing all attention, efforts and resources on the other events you love: RAGE, SG, Mountain Tropic, Women Rock, Kokopelli and Pumpkinman, and will remain committed to the continued production of superior endurance events!
We thank you for your understanding, hope you’ll choose to join us at one of our other events (see options below), and ask that as this season of planning continues, you’ll keep your eye on our website for the announcement of some BIG news and BIG partnerships we have in the works.
